Looking at your first photo of the belt, it looks like a waist band to me. I m about your height and my MySteel hip belt has a 6 inch long front plate....

Apparently my Tollyboy has been made and is hopefully on route to me. Will keep you all informed.

Only my Chinese rear eye is truely functional at the moment but I hate it.
The MySteel really hurts my hips but it's almost there. I'm thinking that I could bend the hip band a little to release the pressure.
Hopefully my Tollyboy will be here in just a few days!

I ordered the exact replica of my Chinese rear wire from Spicesforlove recently and the quality was a lot lower. The buckle didn't work well and the wire wasn't sealed. So shower, toilet fluids would get inside the plastic tube lining the wire. Just when we think we've got a good 'go to' Chinese bel...

I think scuba diving will be fine. I swam all summer in my belts, both rear wire and eye. No one even noticed

I don't like the look of how the belt widens at the hips. It will be very painful. Also, too many slits, holes. Looks pretty but lol, try drying all that after a shower

Tollyboy still exists. I visited them recently and got measured. They are hoping to start manufacturing belts soon.
