I can say YES, but it must be fitted tight to the body and the belted must be trained to wear it! Not just to put on like a pair of panties!!!

A good chastity belt has to be tight. 1st days are uncomfortable, but you can get used to it and live normally with a chastity belt.

Chinese belts are great to discover and can be pretty effective. Prenium belts are greater (as far as I am concerned, My-Steel is the most effective on my body).

Try to get it so tight it is possible, but not so it hurts or make it hard to move.

...and don't be over-ambitious. What might feel 'comfortably tight' when you first adjust it could become painful after a few hours wear. If it was too comfortable you can always wear it a bit tighter tomorrow but if it's rubbed some skin raw you won't be able to wear it again until the skin has recovered.

And if it feels like it's becoming uncomfortable, try putting something between the belt and your skin. In the early days my (male) belt was digging into my waist during the night but I found that if I folded my nightwear behind it then I could last the night comfortably, and after about three weeks I found I didn't need to any more.
