Long time reader, first time poster. Sorry if this is covered elsewhere, but I could not find it if it was (though it seems surprising if it wasn't!)

I have no personal experience, but I was just on the My-Steel website trying to figure out if it was possible to insert a butt plug when a person was wearing a chastity belt. The opening in crotch strap of their continuous crotch band is 4.5 cm wide and 9 cm in length, which is 1.8 in wide by 3.5 inches long.

Wow, thanks for the links. That blog was both really hot and pretty informative, though I have to say that the image you linked was not super encouraging. Maybe I can ask the maker about it. The My-Steel design does seem like the most suitable for my needs... or at least closest to it.

People seem to recommend buying a cheap Chinese knockoff belt to begin with, rather than spending $1,000 on a custom belt. With a cheap belt and a metal file you could probably modify the anal opening. Just be sure to de-burr and smooth and polish the edges well afterwards, with different grades of sandpaper. If you or partner are at all mechanically inclined.

I can't comment on the locks, but the same website has photos showing a woman wearing a belt under her street cloths.

I have no problems to hide my y-Steel belt under a swimsuit. Locks are hardly visible.

There are vids on pornhub of anal in a couple different chinese belts, I don't think you'll need to modify the hole.

We decided to take the route of starting with a Chinese one and exploring/modifying from there, at least to start me out. We ordered one, and now I'm literally dripping with excitement.
