Chinese-made Anal "Jewelry", size Medium (3.5 inches in length, 1.3 inches at widest point, 0.33 inch stem):
A "TOSR-4" Relay Control Board:
A "xbee" Wifi Board:
And four round vibrator modules:
Friendly Plastic (and U-Mold, available from Radio Shack) is fun stuff
Add some wire and what do you get? A remote controlled vibrating chastity belt.
Why?[/size]
Why not? (grin)
The first step is to install the xbee wifi board onto the TOSR relay board. Once that's done, plug the relay board into the USB port of your computer, and load the software that comes with the board. This will allow you to configure the wifi module to your home's wifi, whether it's open or WEP enabled. I gave this one a static IP address of 192.168.6.254.
I then unplugged the relay board from the computer and plugged it into the battery pack. I downloaded the android control software from the relay board manufacturer, popped it on my phone, and in the settings I gave the destination/target IP address as 192.168.6.254. The android software presents eight touch buttons, and only the first four work. Tap any of them and it lights up on the android phone, and the corresponding relay on the control board "clicks" and a little LED next to it lights up to tell you that the relay is engaged. Tap the touch button again, and the relay turns off.
The next thing I did was shove the metal anal plug into my milling vice, in between two pieces of balsa wood on the jaws to protect the finish. I removed the "jewel" which is nothing more than crappy, brittle plastic. I tried prying the plastic jewel out however I couldn't find anything to get enough "bite" on it so I resorted to milling the middle of it out then prying the remaining donut out with a big flathead. I carefully picked out all the glue that remained.
I then soldered two wires (22ga speaker wire) to the two solder pads on one of the vibrators above, placed it where the plastic jewel used to be, then heated up some of the moldable plastic (U-Mold from Radio Shack) to where it was a soft putty, then pushed it on and around the vibrator while keeping it approximately centered in the metal anal plug. Once it cooled off and cured, it stuck really well and hopefully is not going to work loose. If this doesn't work I'll heat the plastic and remove it (it's reusable!) and use silicone from a tube instead.
The plug now vibrates when power is applied, and that power comes from the battery pack, switched on and off by one of the relays. Four relays, four vibrator motors
The nifty thing about the moldable plastic is that you can drill and tap it in a cured state if you work slow as to avoid heating the plastic to where it gets soft and stringy. Making "mounts" for round vibrators is very easy - I just put the round vibrator modules on aluminum foil, soldered on the two wires, then covered that with the moldable plastic, making sure there was a lot mushed against the side of the vibrators on the aluminum. That overhang, is what I drilled and tapped so the metal surface of the vibrator face would be directly on the chastity belt (and anal plug as modded above). One has to drill corresponding holes in the chastity belt if you cannot line up the holes you drilled in the plastic in order to mount them with screws. I used 6-32 machine screws and ground the heads down a little bit as not to cut through the silicone cover on the chastity belt. I probably should have ground the heads to almost flat and used longer screws and used washers and nuts on the vibrator side but we'll see how it all pans out.
My husband's chastity belt now has three round vibrators attached in this fashion, one on the crotch belt you-know-where on the outside, and one on each side of the waist belt. The fourth vibrator module is attached to the anal plug, and you know where that goes
The next thing to do is give remote access to this contraption, and I did that by enabling the VPN feature of my home's router and telling my android phone to connect to it when I want to use the relay control software on my phone. Because of the VPN, I have access to this anytime my phone has a connection of some kind - 4G or wifi, and my home network isn't compromised.
It's fun sitting in Starbucks sipping coffee while buzzing him. Oh yes, it's great fun.
