Makeing a silicone replacement liner
Makeing a silicone replacement liner
Anyone know what type of silicone they use for the liners I have been trying to find some to make liners but with no success I am trying to find a black silicone.
Re: Makeing a silicone replacement liner
There are different types of silicone. The silicone that Chinese belts have, does not withstand the heat if it be in a car on a sunny day!
Heat shrink tubing can work and preferably the one with glue.

The reason being though is it is going to be a crotch band replacement on a access denied belt the coating on it peeled away so I plan on making a new one out of silicone since I can’t get ahold of chastco aka access denied I can see heatshrink on the waistband but not the crotch band shield of a female access denied

Finding the right silicone for liners can be tricky! I've heard some people have luck with high-temp food-grade silicone. It needs to be flexible and durable, especially considering the heat. It's almost like finding the perfect run in Slope Game – you need precision and the right material to make it smooth and successful. Good luck with your search for black silicone!
