I am in a belt we bought off extreme restraints site. it is all metal and fit me fairly well. as a late Christmas present I have been measured for a belt from my-steel. I was belted because of my lack of libido and his thinking I was masturbating rather than giving it to him. to be honest I was using my vibrator as much as we were having sex. 
with his teasing and me wearing the belt he has a very active partner again. he decides how long I am locked each time and it varies but as an average I an let out every 2-3 weeks.

Looks like this is a win win situation. He gets to lock you up.
