It looks good! And you're right by locking them to your belt because if you can slide them off easily it's not going to work. There must be male versions too, I am going to look for it
The collar I have now can not be locked, so I want an other one which is not too wide. Do you have ideas about which are good?
The weight of your armor in total is not much indeed. Must be doable
Sometimes I nearly trip over the chain, which is 40 cm long. It restricts my stride a little, so I hobble a little. I also sometimes wear heels (yes, I am mad...

) and then there isn't the danger of tripping over. It also walks easier with heels and the irons, because with heels you do smaller steps. I don't even notice the chain then.

If you want to have thigh cuffs lockable to the belt, you must have rings on the belt. You can find male belts with rings easily!
If you want a thin collar (or one wearable everywhere), have a look on
http://www.traeume-aus-edelstahl.de/english/jewelry/. Some of their collars are locked by screws and a special screwdriver, other are locked by padlock.

Wow! The collars they have are beauties!! Maybe I will buy one. It's hard to make a choice. But... my belt first
Thanks for your advice about the rings on the belt. I am not sure whether the one I want has rings or not. But maybe I can add them easily myself. I will see.
Thank you for helping me

If your belt is adjustable (lots of holes on the waistband), you can ask the seller to put rings. Besides, they are really useful when you go out, to hook the meys of your home =^.^=
About the collar, take your time, don't be too fast =^.^=
You're welcome =^.^=
I'm here to share what I know about belts =^.^=

You know a lot!!
The belt is adjustable, so I think it will be possible to add D-rings. I am going to investigate it

The D-rings are screwed on the belt, so you can easily take them on or off. But you have to ask your seller to give you the rings.
Personally I can't imagine my belt without rings: when the waistband starts sweating, I can pull it with the rings. Useful!

I a sure that if you go to a firm in Holland that sells sailing boats and have a look at Stainless steel fixings you can find the " D" Rings and the fastener plates. Depending on the quality of the steel your belt is built from you may find drilling holes with HS steel drill bits difficult. A good tool suppliers will sell the CORRECT drill bits for working Stainless. The ANGLE at the tip of a STAINLESS drill is different to a HS general purpose drill bit. I have melted a few

Make sure that you get correct rivets if permanently mounting the rings as Mild steel rusts very fast when mixed with damp skin? sweat!
