I find wearing it is kinda addictive, its a nice feeling.The more I wear it, the more I want to wear it.Before I did this stuff I would never have imagined the psychological effects,its almost weird.
I do find I am restricted to what I can wear with it though,because it squeezes me in, like a corset, I can't really wear jeans.............they fall down!I am very conscious of wearing it, I feel all out there KNOW I am wearing it!!But of course they don't.Also I need to very careful when sitting down, and as for crossing my legs when seated...........hmmmmmmm...not easy.
Wearing it in bed can be quite disruptive,always aware of it especially when lying on my side.Waking up in the belt is a nice feeling I would imagine,but soooo far I haven't got that far yet, cos I wear it for short periods, still trying to get used to it.I really must make the time to adjust it properly,I am sooooooooooo lazeeeeee!

Yeppers! I know exactly what you mean. And the real crazy part is its really impossible to explain to another woman who has never worn a chastity belt. Once she wears one for a few days, then all of a sudden, we have a TON of similar feelings and shared experience.

When I wear my chastity belt, I do not wear shorts or jeans or leggings. I wear skirts and dresses for the very reasons you just mentioned. Also, a chastity belt is HOT when it is muggy out, so I prefer to go sans panties when in belt. This is doable under a nice cotton dress: gives lots of air.

I find it hard to sleep on my back too, it seems to make the front shield fit weird or tighter or something and the waistband at the small of the back digs in.

Now belly laying in a belt is pretty erotic feeling, but I cannot sleep that way. It's amazing how good a grind you can do against the shield while belly laying.
