wow that was quite an experience. Small WORKING TOLERANCE when cold no tolerance when hot, the more desperate you became and struggled the worse the problem.
Not so bad if your in a house with a freezer maybe access to a bag of frozen peas, carefully held against the lock or maybe a cold shower spray might drop the temp!
Look forward to hearing it is working ok now

I think this why they are so sloppy when new, to allow expansion.The damn block stores all the heat!
Yea you are right the more I struggled the worse it got!I have bruised fingers now.
