I am zixje, a 27 year old male from The Netherlands. I am now saving money to buy a belt for myself. I already own legcuffs, handcuffs and a collar. For now, I am just looking around here and reading on the forum

I am wearing my collar and cuffs now. I like my collar, but it is quite wide (leather with metal one). What kind of collar do you wear? And how wide is it?

For me, if I decide to buy thigh bands, they are going to create difficulties: I can't wear pants anymore so I can't use them much

I don't know exactly where my collar has been bought. She was sold by the ChastityBabes webmaster who used to lock her on an other girl (Donna). I bought her but no way to find which manufacturer crafted her.
You can see her on my avatar: 16 mm thick, with a ring in the front and a padlock in the back. She is heavy! Poor Donna has suffered a lot!

Thigh cuffs are not a really big problem for me, I can wear skirts or dresses. But if I want to wear a short skirt/dress, or even a short, I can put them higher (with making the cuffs bigger and shortening chains). Easy to do if your thigh cuffs are adjustable!

I searched it. It's a beautiful collar! But I think it's hard to wear and it takes time to get used to it. Did it take a long time for you to get used to it?
Mine is a little too thick because I cannot put my head down. It is half way between a normal and a posture collar. I want a smaller one.

For thigh bands you have the advantage to be a girl so you can wear skirts and dresses For me it is impossible to do so I could wear them only at home.

Donna got used to this collar, but she was really happy to unlock it! For me, it was much easier: I am used to wear steel (Donna not) and fairly heavy, so wearing the collar is really easy currently. However, my 1st days were quite hard. I took about 1 week to get used to her. Honestly, if I was Donna, I would have taken months or longer to get used to her...
She is 16 mm thick (quite thick) but no one seems knowing she is a bondage collar... everyone sees her as a nice jewelry =^.^=
And her weight: 666 g. Heavy for a collar, I feel her on my ribcage when I run! but she can be worn all the time, even at studies or work!

You should lock your thigh cuffs as high as possible. And being a girl doesn't prevent chains from being noisy: when I walk (worse when running or skating), they are actually noisy!

And great you can wear her all day because people see her as jewelry When you're used to wear steel wearing the collar is easier indeed... I am now used to wear my leg irons and I wear them almost every day. Only the clangoring sound of the chain between my legs is annoying, but it comes with wearing them.

I bought my thigh bands on http://spicesforlove.com/index.php?main ... ts_id=1008.Their price isn't very high but they are good quality.
And yes, they are chained and locked to my belt (my belt has rings on her sides, I use padlocks, and thigh bands can't be pulled down). Without these chains, too easy to take them off!

Actually, 666 g is heavy, but you can find heavier collars on some wbsites! but compared to my body (I weight 65 kg, steel excluded), my armor isn't so heavy: 2 kg out of 65, she weighs about 3 % of my mass. Quite ridiculous.

Have you never fallen because of your legirons? it looks quite easy to slip on the chain then fall...
