I am interested in wearing a chastity belt but need some help understanding if it will work with my active lifestyle. How severely do they limit your movement and flexibility. Do they make crouching and bending over or other stretches more difficult?

Depends both on the belt you wear, and how well it is fitted on your body. If you're accustomed to having it on, you can do almost anything.
